Cannabis Chicken Breast Recipe
Not every cannabis infused treat has to be made with a ton of sugar and chocolate. Since cannabis can be made in to butters, oils, sugars, and flours, you can pretty much make any regular meal with cannabis added in to it. This particular recipe will leave you with an amazing chicken breast that not only tastes amazing but will also get you super stoned as well. You can also store the chicken after it is prepared to eat later or you could cut it up and make sandwiches, chicken salad, or some other dish that you might happen to be fond of!
What You’ll Need:
1/4 cup dry white wine, or chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons liquid cannabutter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Be sure to clean the chicken well before handling it and remember to clean your hands before and after dealing with raw meats. After you’ve made sure that your hands are clean, lay the chicken breasts out on a piece of tinfoil and sprinkle them with the salt and pepper. Taking a large skillet, heat the cannabutter over medium heat and add the chicken. Sauté until fully cooked, around 11 minutes total. Be sure to turn them once to be sure that both sides get some heat. Once the chicken is cooked, move it to a warm plate and be sure to keep it warm while you prepare the rest of the meal.
Take the wine (or chicken broth, whichever you chose) and pour in to the hot skillet. Cook this while continuously stirring until the amount is reduced by half. Add in the tarragon, cream, and mustard and whisk them all together, while still cooking, for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is thick. If there are juices from the chicken on the plate that you have been letting them sit on, pour them in to the sauce. Once you are ready to eat the chicken, slowly drizzle the sauce over the meat. You can also add some medicated green beans to this meal and possibly even some cannabis infused mashed potatoes! Enjoy!
